A: If you live in the BC Lower Mainland, your product should arrive in 2 business
days.
- If you live in BC, outside the lower mainland, your product should arrive in 3
business days.
-If you live in Alberta, your product should arrive in 4 business days.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the
product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain a product return form. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for shipping to us.
Q: What credit cards are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards.
Q: Do you store credit card information on your severs?
A: No. We believe in your complete security and do not store any credit card information so that your information can never be compromised or stolen. We use 3rd party payment processing centers that utilize the highest security standards in the Canadian marketplace.to give you peace of mind over your online purchases.
Q: Do you accept phone orders?
A: We cannot accept phone orders as we need written confirmation of all orders.
Q: How many items can I ship at once?
A: You can drop ship a maximum of 3 items in one shipment.
Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: Our drop shipping fee is a total of $18.50 CAD which includes shipping anywhere in North America.

A: Under 24 business hours, Monday – Friday
Q: How long does it take for your order to arrive?
A: Canada: 2 -7 Business Days, Rural U.S.A: 3 - 9 Business Days in
Q: What type of packaging is my order shipped in?
A: Our orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no reference to Juicehard. Our labels say “Shipping Department” with our warehouse address. There are no receipts or packing slips in your drop shipping order.
Q: What happens if my items shipped is defective or damaged?
A: You must provide a picture / video of the defective item clearly not operational or with damage to. You can provide that image / video to (Add link) and we will provide you with a credit to our website.
